Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all supplement sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened items for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@plantedmind.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where products are damaged or incorrect. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
