Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer standard shipping across Canada. Estimated delivery times are typically:

  • British Columbia: 2 to 4 business days

  • Other Provinces: 3 to 7 business days

  • Remote Locations: May take longer depending on carrier availability

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather.

Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within Canada. If you are located outside of Canada and are interested in our products, please contact us at hello@plantedmind.com and we’ll let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Order Issues and Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us at hello@plantedmind.comwithin 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns
